To deliver your training, register you with awarding organisations, arrange assessments and certificates, claim government funding, meet our legal duties and keep learners safe.

  • Awarding organisations and End-Point Assessment organisations

  • Safeguarding agencies, where required
  • Auditors, regulators, and the technology and payment providers we use

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, have it deleted in some circumstances, restrict or object to how we use it, move it elsewhere, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
