These terms apply when you buy a self-paced online course, such as Introduction to Print or Introduction to Lean Manufacturing, through the BPIF Training Moodle site. Please read them before you pay. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Who we are

BPIF Training Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06875770). Registered address: Unit 2, Villiers Court, Meriden Business Park, Copse Drive, Coventry, CV5 9RN. VAT number: GB 232 2271 07. Email training@bpif.training or call 01676 526060.

2. What you are buying

Online access to the course you choose, for one named learner. Each course includes the learning modules, a final quiz and, when you pass, a certificate and digital badge. Your access lasts 12 months from the date you pay.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown on each course's enrolment page and include VAT at the current rate
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, by card through Stripe, our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your card details
  • Your contract with us starts when your payment is confirmed and you are enrolled on the course
  • You'll receive a payment receipt by email

4. Your right to cancel

If you are buying as an individual, you can cancel within 14 days of your purchase and get a full refund, as long as you have not started the course. When you enrol, you'll be asked to agree that you want access straight away and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you start the course. Starting the course means opening any module beyond the welcome page.

To cancel, email training@bpif.training with your name, the course and the date you paid. We'll refund you to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving your request.

5. If something is wrong with the course

The course must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn't, or if a technical problem on our side stops you using it, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

6. Buying for your staff

If you buy a course on behalf of a business, the 14-day cancellation right in section 4 doesn't apply, but we'll always consider a reasonable refund request where the learner hasn't started. Each place is for one named learner and can't be shared. You can ask us to transfer an unused place to another member of staff.

7. Using the course

  • Your login is personal to you. Don't share it or let anyone else complete the course for you
  • Course materials are owned by BPIF Training. You can use them for your own learning, but you can't copy, resell or distribute them
  • We may remove access, without refund, if the course is misused or these terms are broken

8. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete all modules and pass the final quiz. It confirms you completed a BPIF Training short course. It is not a regulated qualification.

9. Changes to courses

We may update course content to keep it accurate and current. This won't reduce what you paid for. If we ever have to withdraw a course while you still have access, we'll offer you a refund for the unused part.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses where you are buying as an individual. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.

12. Complaints

If you're unhappy, please contact us first at training@bpif.training. Our Complaints Policy explains how we'll handle your complaint.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
